Calcium has various vital functions in our body like protection from bone loss, arthritic conditions,pre-menstrual syndrome, and obesity in children.It have other functions like reducing weight. Milk also have high fat and oil content .This can be used in treating dry skin, if you have dry skin then apply milk on your face and other affected areas, leave it on for about 15 minutes and then wash it off.
The milk has high amounts of lactic acid which helps in rejuvenating skin, and removing dead cells. The amounts of vitamin A also helps in improving the skin texture and prevents skin disorders. Its antioxidant contents helps to remove the oxidation stress in our body and fights the free radicals that damage our skin and there by prevents premature aging. A single serving of milk can contain as much as 24 mg of heart-harming cholesterol.People who are predisposed to heart disease and high blood pressure should avoid taking milk. You can use other plants milk as an substitute as they are having less amount of cholesterol.

There are different types of allergies out of which milk allergy is one severe form. The people who are allergic to milk should avoid taking diary products as it can be some times life threatening.
Due to high need of milk production, the cows all around the world are dumped with many medicine and antibiotics. The is leading to production of super bugs(antibiotic resistant bacteria) , which when infect the humans can reside in the stomach and when time comes this can cause serious health issues which cant be treated by antibiotics and various medications.
