This lack of this hormone can cause various functional disturbances and thereby can lead to various health issues like osteoporosis, factors, mental health issues like depression , anxiety etc.

Fresh apricots, peaches, red grapes, oranges, blueberries, and strawberries are all great sources of phytoestrogen. They have good amounts of vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber.
Limited consumption of this beverage can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. This contains high of phytoestrogens which can meet the needs of the post-menopausal lady.
Soya has isoflavones that help to boost the estrogen levels in women. There are different ways you can consume soy, like soy milk, or soy yogurt or plain soy chunks or soya tofu, which is made from soy milk and is a popular estrogen boosting food.
