Estrogen regulates the reproductive tract, urinary tract, cardiovascular system, bones, secondary sexual characteristics, skin, and hair.

Fresh and dry fruits:

Fresh apricots, peaches, red grapes, oranges, blueberries, and strawberries are all great sources of phytoestrogen. They have good amounts of vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber. 

Red wine:

Limited consumption of this beverage can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. This contains high of phytoestrogens which can meet the needs of the post-menopausal lady.

Soy products

Soya has isoflavones that help to boost the estrogen levels in women. There are different ways you can consume soy, like soy milk, or soy yogurt or plain soy chunks or soya tofu, which is made from soy milk and is a popular estrogen boosting food.
